Terms and conditions
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange if:
- The product is damaged, stained, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
- The product does not match the size ordered.
- You receive an opened or unsealed package, please notify us immediately to ensure your claim is valid.
For the return or exchange to be processed, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, with labels and protective stickers attached.
If all conditions are met, our representative will guide you through the process and arrange a pick-up from your doorstep or direct you to the nearest outlet for exchange.
- Sale and discounted items are only eligible for exchange if the wrong product was delivered.
- If you need a different size, please contact us at info@shopfarhang.com.
- Please note: Due to variations in monitors/screens and lighting during photography, the color or texture may slightly differ from what appears online. Exchanges cannot be made for this reason.
These policies apply to all orders delivered within Pakistan.
Please Note: If you receive a damaged or defective product, you are required to share clear evidence (images or videos) of the issue within 3 days of delivery. This step is mandatory for us to process your claim. Once we receive your proof, our team will review it promptly and provide a suitable resolution.
